The average client does 3x60 minute workouts per week, a purposeful 30 minute daily walk, 2 hours of meal planning and cooking, with 60 minutes of weekly planning and reflecting, which totals 9.5 hours per week.
We help you start small, realistic and build up within 1-4 weeks. If you’re not willing to adjust your lifestyle to spend 6-15 hours per week on self improvement then this will not be suitable for you.
