How it Works
This is not a training plan, meal plan, and it certainly isn’t a one-size-fits-all… generic online coaching service 😬
This is structured, phase-based one to one support where your training, nutrition, routine, mindset and lifestyle are designed around you and evolve in real time. You don’t follow a template. We build a system together, that changes how you live.
The average client journey at The Wellness Club coaching is 8 months, with a weight loss of 8-10kg and sustained lifestyle transformation forever.

This is where we build the foundation.
We begin with your full Wellness Method™ lifestyle analysis. We audit your current training, food patterns, stress load, sleep quality, work schedule and recovery capacity, we’re designing a bespoke approach for you.
You’ll receive personalised strength programming that fits your current capacity and equipment. Not instant max effort, and burnout. We build competence first.
Nutrition becomes structured without being restrictive. We establish calorie targets, protein anchors and meal frameworks that work with your life, not against it. The focus is stability, consistency and removing food anxiety.
Daily support begins immediately. Voice notes, troubleshooting and habit refinement ensure you don’t overthink or drift.

This stage prevents the usual “start hard, fall off” pattern. It takes our average client 6 weeks to complete.

Execute the fat loss phase(s) with precision. The average client spends around 12-16 weeks total in a deficit.
Now that your foundation is stable, we create a calculated fat loss phase tailored to you.
Training progresses strategically. Intensity increases appropriately. Strength improves while protecting recovery. Every programme evolves around your real life schedule.
Nutrition is dialled in with purpose. Calories are adjusted intelligently. We monitor biofeedback, energy, stress and performance weekly so fat loss happens without burnout.
Weekly check-ins become strategic review points. Adjustments are made based on data, so we can remove the emotional blocks around your progress.

Signing up for this service will not automatically get you results. Your work, dedication and consistency will get your results. We just streamline the process to save you time, stress, and mental energy so you get the results in months, not years, with a fortified mindset, not a broken one.

Good. You love travel (so do we), and we hope you travel regularly forever. Working with us through holidays gives you the mindset shifts and scheduling tools to finally relax, switch off and enjoy your holiday without any dread about stepping on the scales when you get back home.

If you believe just 1% that you can achieve your goals, we will provide the rest of the belief until you prove to yourself that you can, and you do.

The average client does 3x60 minute workouts per week, a purposeful 30 minute daily walk, 2 hours of meal planning and cooking, with 60 minutes of weekly planning and reflecting, which totals 9.5 hours per week.
We help you start small, realistic and build up within 1-4 weeks. If you’re not willing to adjust your lifestyle to spend 6-15 hours per week on self improvement then this will not be suitable for you.
You’re outsourcing all of the mental load so you can focus all of your energy on getting results and feeling good.

It probably will? You’ll have projects thrown at you last minute, holidays, social occasions, love, heartbreak and when you communicate effectively with your coach, they will provide support and advise you on where to spend your energy so you can stay consistent and protect your peace.
